The company was first established by Matthew Morris, P.E., as a way to utilize his breadth of experience to provide value to his clients as they navigated the development process from concept through build.
During his time in the industry, Matt has held various, increasing levels of responsibility for land development projects throughout Florida. As a project manager, Matt utilizes his practical and technical knowledge of the land development industry to successfully negotiate his clientele through the diverse and complex processes of development. Matt has the necessary experience with each phase of the development process and maintains necessary relationships with regulatory and municipal government staff to be an asset to our business partners.
Matt’s business acumen and commitment to client service form the foundation of our core business values. He has brought on a team of in-house civil engineering and project management experts to make sure that your goals are met.
