Brody Cone, P.E., Project Manager, has spent his career providing land development project management from conception to construction in Florida, Washington, and Idaho. In his role at Morris Engineering, he is responsible for civil development projects throughout Florida. His work provides infrastructure to serve developments varying in size from downtown mid-rise buildings to large-scale subdivisions.
During his time at Morris, Brody has managed the site design and construction of the Livano Apartments, a 248-unit complex in Wildwood which incorporated a uniquely sloped stormwater design atypical of the usual flat designs implemented throughout most of the Sunshine State. Brody is also responsible for the stormwater and utility design of Boca East, a 500-acre subdivision in Englewood, which employs an interconnected stormwater pond routing system to mitigate floodplain and wetland impacts to the development.
Brody earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering at Boise State University in 2015 and received his PE license for civil engineering in 2022. Brody is passionate about providing cost-effective solutions and advocating for his client’s financial well-being throughout the design and construction process.
“We exist to utilize our experience, expertise and determination to be advocates for and respond to the needs of our clients in an effective and efficient manner to promote the success of their projects.”
