Joshua Law, Planner, is responsible for a variety of tasks at Morris Engineering, including complete rezones, comprehensive plan amendments, annexations for properties throughout Sarasota and Manatee Counties, due diligence reports for properties across Florida and coordinating subcontractors and engineers for site work.
Law joined Morris Engineering in 2024 and has since worked on several projects in Sarasota and Manatee Counties, including an annexation, comprehensive plans and rezone of a residential neighborhood in Sarasota County and the City of Venice and two general development plans for 100-unit residential neighborhoods in Manatee County.
Law said he enjoys the camaraderie most at Morris Engineering. “Many of our clients are legacy clients using us for both their engineering and planning on projects throughout the state,” he said. “Due to this long-term working relationship, when we work with our clients, you feel as if you are working with friends.”
In his spare time, Law enjoys playing beach volleyball with his wife on Siesta Key and at Lakewood Ranch. They also spend time boating and watching sunsets from the intercoastal waterways.
