Linda Stewart, AICP

Linda Stewart, AICP, Principal Planner, has spent her career planning, designing, managing and permitting a diverse range of projects throughout Charlotte, Collier and Lee Counties. Her experience includes due diligence research and verification for property entitlements, rezonings, comprehensive plan amendments, development of conceptual plans, costs to cure research and planning for municipal projects, permitting with local, state and federal agencies, and special exception and variance submittals.

Linda has prepared applications for planned development, administrative amendments, conditional use, special exceptions and variances for numerous zoning/land use change projects. This includes residential, commercial, industrial and roadway projects for private and public sector clients. Some of her projects have included public information notifications and neighborhood and adjacent property owner meetings. She also attends and presents projects at public hearings by local municipalities.

Some of her projects, specifically, have included Lee Tran Beach Park and Ride, Cypress Trace Shopping Center, Winkler Junction, SE 26th Street in Cape Coral and more. Linda earned her associate degree from Edison State College and is a member of the American Planning Association, the Florida Chapter of the National Planning Association, and the Lee County Land Development Code Advisory Committee.
