Mary M. Stephens

Mary M. Stephens, Permitting Administrator/Notary Public, spent more than 30 years coordinating site permitting for Sarasota County Land Development before joining the team at Morris Engineering in 2018. In her role as permitting administrator, Mary is responsible for submitting all permitting application packets to municipalities and state agencies throughout the State of Florida. She also oversees the office’s day-to-day operations.

Mary earned her associate degree from the State College of Florida and has taken additional classes to earn a bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida.
