Phil Marangelli

Phil Marangelli, Construction Manager, is responsible for performing field site inspections, including walk-throughs; organizing site contractors’ schedules; any administrative filing necessary including civil engineering submittal reviews for projects; attending any pre-con meetings; and more.

Marangelli joined the team in 2023 and has worked as both the construction project manager and the site developer manager on numerous development projects throughout Sarasota and Manatee Counties, including Palm Grove in Bradenton, Wind Water in Parrish, Bay Street Villas in Venice, Boca Royale Golf & Country Club in Englewood and Heritage Harbor in Bradenton. He has earned his HVAC certification, OSHA certification and knowledge and experience in vertical building, electrical and plumbing.

Marangelli enjoys the positive energy of his coworkers at Morris Engineering. In his spare time, he enjoys flying (as he has earned his Commercial Pilot License) and seeing infrastructure and nature from above. He also enjoys cooking with his wife, and said, “I’m great with making pizza.”
