Sia Mollanazar, P.E., Senior Project Manager, spent the bulk of his career working in government in civil engineering before joining the team at Morris Engineering. Sia started his career as a city engineer for Manatee County. He later became the manager of Manatee County’s Storm Water Management Division for before stepping into the role as the deputy director of Manatee County’s Public Works Department, in which he served for 14 years. Sia has a wealth of experience in engineering, design, permitting and construction of major county facilities and infrastructure.
At Morris Engineering, Sia is responsible for overseeing engineering and permitting, from concept to completion. He also oversees and manages land development agreements, public and private partnerships and participation agreements.
Sia received bachelors degrees in both civil engineering and business administration from the University of South Florida. He is a member of the Home Builders Association of Manatee County, the Florida Engineering Society, and the National Professional Engineering Society.
