Steve Krzynski, P.E., Project Manager, has spent his career providing design, permitting and construction services for both public and private sector clients throughout Florida. Steve has been involved in a variety of projects ranging from small, half-acre commercial and mixed-use sites to several hundred-acre master-planned, single-family developments. He is responsible for project management, plan review, stormwater design and calculations, CAD design, utility calculations, earthwork calculations, cost estimates and project coordination between clients, architects, environmental consultants, and traffic consultants.
Throughout his career, Steve has designed and managed the design, permitting and construction of a variety of projects throughout Florida. Some of his recent work includes the Snyder Office, an office building in Lakewood Ranch; a 40,000-square-foot pickleball club in Sumter County; Highfield, a single-family subdivision in Wildwood; and a medical office building as part of the master development within Wellen Park in North Port. Steve is currently working on a few car washes throughout southwest Florida as well self-storage sites in the Manatee County area.
Steve earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2011. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with this family, golfing and coaching his sons’ youth sports teams.
